Terms of use
These terms cover use of this website and the way we take on diagnostic and repair work.

Using this website
The site is provided for information about our workshop and to let you send an enquiry. Content may change without notice. Do not rely on prices, timescales or coverage statements on the site until we have confirmed them in writing for your vehicle.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting the form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will confirm the appointment, the work to be done and any diagnostic charge before we start.
Warranty and insurance repairs are not carried out until the relevant provider has given authority, except for work you ask us to proceed with at your own cost.
Estimates and payment
Estimates are based on the information available at the time. If further faults appear during diagnosis we will stop and explain before extra work is done.
Payment is due when the vehicle is ready for collection unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, for example where an insurer or warranty provider is paying.
Liability
Nothing on this website limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not responsible for information on third-party sites linked from these pages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a dispute cannot be resolved with us directly, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
